Barrio París Londres

A stroll on cobble stones.

The picturesque neighbourhood sits at the intersection of Londres Street and París Street, tucked behind the Church of San Francisco in what was once its orchard. This quiet and charming area lies just a few steps from the hotel, across Libertador Bernardo O’Higgins Avenue, also known as the Alameda. It is an ideal spot to let the hours pass, away from the bustle of downtown Santiago.

Its streets provide the perfect setting for taking photographs and enjoying the small cafés and shops located in what used to be the old courtyards of the Franciscan Congregation.

At the heart of the París-Londres District lies the cultural laboratory Espacio Londres, where visitors can discover installations, exhibitions, and cutting-edge events.

Once a month, the neighbourhood hosts the new Paris-Londres Market: a fair featuring fashion, antiques, second-hand books, vinyl records, and handicrafts, along with exhibitions, activities, and live music. Each edition gathers artists, entrepreneurs, artisans, and antique dealers, creating a space where culture, creativity, and local trade coexist in a unique atmosphere, full of history and beauty.
